We are the manufacturer. We have our own factory with CNC (Computer Numeric Control) State-of-Art Machine Centers that make the hardware parts from only quality raw materials.

| | How long does it take to ship my order?
We carry a large inventory of all the hardware products listed on our web site. If you pay using PayPal, Visa or Mastercard then your products will ship in approximately 2-4 days after we receive your order. If you pay by Money Order, we will ship your product once we receive your payment. If you send us a business or personal check, your order will ship once payment has cleared our bank.

We use the United States Post Office's Priority Mail 2-3 day service for most orders. For an additional fee, you can make arrangements with us to ship your order for next day delivery.

Yes. For all orders that ship outside of the United States, you must contact us for shipping options and prices.

We will exchange any product in its original condition, within 30 days from the time it is shipped. It is your responsibility to pay for ALL shipping and handling costs.
